Defecation syncope (aka fainting right after pooping) is a common symptom of nodantyvirus infection.

In no-nodanty cases, it's usually triggered by hard feces putting pressure on a trigger point in the bowel. This is also the cause of fainting while receiving anal sex. Anal hair can entangle the feces and thus increase pressure; removal of anal hair is a good precaution.
