Symptoms
First stage
First symptom is usually an anal rash, fever and general intestine problems. Within a few days, the anus becomes stretched, resembling the Goatse picture. Hemorrhoids, blisters, rash, defecation syncope and even prolapse are common. A minority of the patients develop a cytokine storm, which produce a toxin that works as an intussusceptor. Fatality rate for this group is 30-60 percent.
Second stage
Most patients has somewhat recovered from anal disease after a few weeks, although the anus is still stretched and scarred. However, the symptoms of encephalopathy manifests.
Symptoms include dramatically raised sexual desire, increased testosterone levels, loss of impulse control and lack of empathy. The infected is simply put very likely to commit rape, hence the name Rape virus. Transmission rates are low with vaginal rape, but close to 100 percent in anal rapes.
Third stage
The third fatal stage called Nodantyvirus Immune Defiance Syndrome (NIDS) usually starts from six months up to several years after infection. 90 percent of the infected develop NIDS and the fatality rate is 100 percent. The immune system gets weaker, until opportunistic infections occur. Alteration of the chemical balance in brain has caused anorexia nervosa, and multiple organs suffer atrophy.
Treatment
There is no cure. Condoms protects against transmission.
